Legal Case solution provides your business with specific Legal Case Solutions. A legal firm solution has been designed to provide Legal Cases and their staff with a functional, easy to use. Also, there are 3 types of contacts Staff/Attorney/Client. Once client will login with the Legal Case management then they can fill the form and add the information of its case/matters. Then assign the matter to the staff and they can proceed on that specific case. Once client will login to software, it can trace all the things in one s/w itself for its matter/case.
- Intake Module: Its module where user needs to fill up all its case details with documents & proofs.
- Two-way SMS Module: Admin / Staff can do SMS for specific user / group of users with pre-defined SMS Templates.
- Contact Module: View details of added contacts (Staff/Attorney) with their status.
- DocuSign Integration: This is providing electronic signature and using that we can add that signature on document like contracts, legal matters.
- Document Management: For specific user’s case staff / user can upload all necessary documents and it keep it as repository itself.
- VOIP Integration: In case staff need to call then there is VOIP integration feature within software and staff can call to specific user also and communicate.
- Business Intelligence Dashboard: Admin user will be able to view all the statistic and information with of number of Legal Case / Companies registered into software.
- Payment gateway: For create the case for the user there is FEES which staff will collect it and for that there is payment gateway integration exist and integrated.
- Multi-tenant Database: Multi-Tenants database architecture is very useful when one instance of database is serving individual clients. In a way each tenant having its own separate database and there is 1 master database where each tenant’s database details stored.
- Role Rights module: Admin can give access rights for Add/Edit/Delete/View to the module for the access to the user.
- Chat Module: There is internal chat communication feature with staff / attorney / admin contacts. There is one – one chat, broadcast and group chat feature within it.
- Task Assignments: There is pre-defined task list per matter and so once case created in software then staff will take an action accordingly.
