The Recruitment Process Software is developed to keep track of all candidates who have appeared for screening, get selected and offered by the organization.

This system has a 4-5 steps process where all the upper management level people are aligned for each step to add and update the status. Initially starts with HR to Department head to interview panel, to confirmation.

It is having as many status as required to know end to end level data of candidates.


  • Candidates:

    This will be the first step which will be filled by HR. The HR person will add candidate details such as personal information, technical information, experience, salary information, post for which he has applied, his CV and more.

  • Schedule Interviews:

    All the interviews which are scheduled by HR will be listed here. It will have candidate details, interview date & time, so the interview panel/technical team can see when and at what time they need to take technical calls with candidates.

  • Shortlisting:

    Shortlisting is the process of identifying the candidates from our applicant pool who best meet the required and desired criteria for the open req and who you want to move forward onto the next step of your recruitment process.

  • HR Round:

    All the candidates who are finalized by HR after technical selection will be listed here. This will also have information like joining date, offered amount, shift time etc.

  • Joined:

    After clearing all processes and offer acceptance all candidates who have joined the company will be listed on this screen.
