Our customer is a luxury group of UAE-based resorts and spas that run the high-end properties of beachfront and desert retreats in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Their previous website was based on the image gallery, virtual tours links, and a simple booking website. Comparison of premium suites was challenging. The spa packages and the upgrading of the private villas were not included in the main booking process. OTAs had a high percentage of the high-value reservations.

Partially, room inventory control was centralized; however, price adjustments and seasonal deals had to be coordinated manually. There was a low degree of Arabic search visibility, and voice-based hospitality search was not maximized.

They desired a digital infrastructure that was an indication of the physical luxury experience and a growth in direct booking share.
