Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
  • Independently schedule lead client calls, meetings, and presentations also from lead generation to closure and signing the contract.
  • Draft, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and within deadlines.
  • Identify and approach new clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.

  • Strong understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical language to business value
  • Graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).

  • A proactive approach with a passion for design, innovation, technology trends. and competitor offerings to develop strategic business plans.
  • Hands on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales navigator, Zoho, HubSpot, Sales force, Fiber, Good Firm, Ziniq).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with project and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • A person should have experience with a dedicated hiring model.
