● Engage with potential leads and convert them into successful business
opportunities.
● Independently schedule lead client calls, meetings, and presentations also from
lead generation to closure and signing the contract.
● Draft, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and
contracts.
● Schedule and conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations across global
time zones.
● Generate qualified leads through market research, outbound outreach, LinkedIn
Sales navigator, emails, networking channels, and cold calling.
● Maintain, update, and optimize CRM systems to track sales pipeline, activities,
and conversions.
● Build, strengthen, and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure
repeat business and upselling opportunities.
● Prepare and present regular sales activity, performance, and pipeline reports to
management.
● Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, industries, and
geographies for expansion.
● Gather and analyze client feedback to improve offerings and ensure high
customer satisfaction.
● Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor
activities to align offerings with market needs.
Person Specification & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Strong understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical language to
business value
● Proven experience in client acquisition, project pitching, and proposal writing.
● A proactive approach with a passion for design, innovation, technology trends. and
competitor offerings to develop strategic business plans.
● Hands on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales navigator, Zoho,
HubSpot, Sales force, Fiber, Good Firm, Ziniq).
● Experience in preparing proposals, SOWs, and project pitches.
● Familiarity with dedicated hiring / offshore resource hiring models.
● Expertise in outbound and inside sales processes.
Good To Have
● Experience working with international clients (US, UK, or Middle East).
● Prior exposure to platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or agency
partnerships.
