This gas station store management app offers solutions for employee and truck users. As part of a complete fuel station management software ecosystem,Truck users will log in into the app and record all fuel-related details into their shift time like fuel station, reference number, date/time, GPS, Images, Signature, etc. The app also functions as a fuel delivery app, allowing truck users to enter the fuel issues and add the signature and details will be saved. After saving, the truck user cannot edit those issues. Employee users will collect the data for fuel issues like fuel station, reference number, date/time, driver code, driver name, RFID, equipment code, etc.

Key Functionality of the Fuel Station App

Fuel Management

All fuel details will display in the grid. Users can print all fuel transactions. The user will collect the details like fuel station, reference number, date/time, GPS, Images, Signature, etc. Users will collect the data for fuel issues like fuel station, reference number, date/time, driver code, driver name, RFID, equipment code, etc.

Configuration

The manager user will setup and configure the settings in the application. Manager user will set up a field device, synchronization mode, shift reference counter, and fuel issue reference number.

User Management

There will be 3 types of users: Employee user, truck user, and manager. Employee users will register and view all the details related to Fuel. Truck user will collect the data from fuel data and manager user will use this app to configure and set up about the fuel application.

Shift Management

The truck user will record all the fuel details in the given shift of time. There will be only a shift at a given time. Shift status can be changed from open/close. Fuel stations will also record the fuel transactions when the shift is “Open”.
