Our client is a mid-sized IT and telecom solution provider with a staff of 250-plus employees. The company's main activities are the deployment of the network infrastructure, software services, the provision of technical support to the enterprise clients, and the handling of large amounts of data for both the employees and the clients. The major issue was that although the company was using an HRMS, it was one which was outdated and required more manual work. Some things were done using computer systems and Google Drive, etc. However, as the number of engineers, field technicians, and support staff was growing, the client was facing the problem of managing the operations and the overall business data. This was also affecting productivity and overall stuff. Hence, our client approached us to develop a modern Human Resource Management System to deal with on-boarding, attendance tracking, and performance management.
A Challenge to Create a Human Resource Management Software:
There was a lot of data, but as it was not organized properly, it was difficult for us to filter out the data and check old employees and new employees' records. Also, some data were stored on the admin system, while some were integrated with their old human resource information system. The client mentioned, he wants modern HRMS software with advanced functionalities like employee onboarding, onboarding, payroll management, leave, holiday management, performance management, employee self-service, HR workflow automation, and more.

To solve the client’s IT business issues and create a Human Resource Management System exactly as they want. - ERP and Payroll Systems: We integrated the HRMS with the client’s existing ERP and telecom project management tools to connect data for HR, finance, and operations.
- Compliance and Access Control: Admins can control access, audit logs, and region-specific compliance rules to maintain data security and legal adherence.
- Training & Development: This section gives access to internal courses or external platforms. HR can track the skills and certifications of employees.
- HR Analytics & Insights: This analytics dashboard will show insights, attendance, etc, and generate reports for audits, management reviews, or planning.
- Leave and holiday management: employees can apply for leave from the portal and managers and HR will get notification of this.
